We always strive to make products our customers love. Test it on your next schlep and make sure it's right for you—if not, you can return it anytime within the first 30 days of purchase.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.  

To be eligible for a return please send us your request to and include your order number. Your bag must be in good condition and in the original packaging, folded in the same way you received the bag (see how). Folding the bag to fit in a smaller shipping box will damage the bag and therefore won't be eligible for an exchange or refund. 

Additional conditions

  • All returns must receive authorization by email before they are returned to us. Orders that are retuned to us without prior authorization won't be eligible for an exchange or refund and can be sent back to the customer at customer's expense. We do not accept returns at our office address in Palatine, IL. All returns must be sent to our warehouse with a return label provided by us. 
  • Orders are eligible for one exchange only within the 30-day timeframe.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • A discount applied on an original order cannot be applied on an exchange. Discounts can only be applied on the original order and not on exchanges.
  • Return shipping labels for orders originally purchased with a 15% discount or more will be paid for by the customer. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you regarding your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please let us know at:

Bulk orders
All discounted bulk orders are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please contact us at if you have any questions.

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. If your shipment was damaged in transit you agree to contact within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Any problems must be reported by email with photographs of the damaged goods- you cannot return goods until you have received a written authorization from us. Goods sent back without prior authorization will not be credited to your account. Damaged merchandise returned to us will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 7 days after receipt.

Return requests (due to buyer’s remorse) must be made in writing to within 7 days of delivery date, quoting invoice number and reasons for return. No returns are acceptable without our prior approval. You will incur all shipping charges for the return including a 15% restocking fee from the total value of the order.
